Which species does TCRMatch work with? #36

Thank you for providing TCRMatch for others to use. I wanted to know if it can be used for non-human species. For example, many researchers work with mice for TCR sequencing experiments. Could TCRMatch be used in the analysis of such data?

We scraped the IEDB for all human and mouse sequences, so if you're interested in mouse in particular then yes it will work fine. Any species outside of what is contained in the IEDB I can't confidently comment on though
