This is just a future enhancement (if others feel the same)....

I was thinking of the need of a simpler SNOMED translation to RDF/OWL which only exports a class hierarchy view of SNOMED concepts (subClassof)...and disregards all the defined class property restrictions (makes them subclasses to).
