H2O FHIR-compliant Conceptual Model

The conceptual model of the H2O project will be published here. For the moment, this page presents the overview model -- a subset of the conceptual model -- of the H2O project. The model is stored in a PlantUML file. Non-final partial models of the overview model can be found in the models directory.
