ASP.NET Core, IIS/Kestrel, NGINX as a reverse-proxy, RDBMS: SQL Server/PostgreSQL (?)

Please use comments as often as possible. Preferably, I want summary on every crucial part of a programm.

So what is the point of talking about "every crucial part of a program" here in English if we can talk about it any day during the week? It does not make any sense :)
Moreover, we have already discussed the server's environment and decided to use ASP.NET. So what exactly do you want to be written in the comments?
I definitely think that we DO NOT need to write a lot in here because the team is too small to spend time on it.
