User profile completion assistant

We were discussing the utility of showing a pop up window to user asking the user to "complete the profile" as long as he/she has not finished providing all the additional data we would like to have for a better service.
Data fields currently mentioned in OC:
name, type, surname, username, email, gender, age, phone, datebirth, active, without_validation, count, email_verified, email_verification_date, last_login, deleted_at, created_at, updated_at
For some reason, some of the data becomes non-visible in OC for user after he/she registers (age range, date of birth, gender). This feature implies that the user has to be able to add or correct data previously provided at registration time (so "my profile" section of OC should be properly redesigned, I guess)
