Note: this is a copy of the ticket 88027 on the SourceForge tracker.

In addition to Ctrl-Click breadcrumbs to smartbar, it would be cool to be able to Ctrl-Drop. For example, we could click on a folder to make it selected, then drag it and Ctrl-Drop it on part of the path, so the folder would be moved to the corresponding emplacement.
