When I search with SpaceFM File Search through my thousands of icons, images, etc. to find some files corresponding to a given criteria, it would be very helpful to have thumbnails in the results list.

If this functionality were added, I hope it would be OPTIONAL.
Thumbnail display begs creation of (and storage) of cached thumbnail images ~~ representing gobs of extra files present in one's backup fileset, unless backup app is tweaked to ignore their storage path. Similarly, system-wide file indexer apps (recoll, beagle, etc) would need to be tweaked to ignore the path containing the (filename-redundant) cached thumbnail imagefiles.

ok, I've updated my installed version of spacFM & see that the thumbnail preview feature IS optional. Cool.
