Values for MIME type context rules are wider than the screen

When I open the Context Rules dialog of a custom command, the combo box listing all possibles values for MIME type is wider than the screen (1280px). See the attached screenshot.

This isn't bug - it's just a long line. You can read all of it once you select it. I would prefer the drop-down list to only be as wide as the entry, but for some reason gtk uses the full screen width. I may take another look to see if this can be adjusted.

Actually, it's even wider than the screen. See the second attached screenshot.

As long as you can see the left side, that shouldn't be a problem. I took another look at this but can find no way to limit the width without changing the contents. I may leave it as is or use another method to affect it.

I wonder if the height-for-width layout system may be a solution. See FileFilter combo becames too wide.

Added gtk_combo_box_set_popup_fixed_width in ddcbac0 for GTK3 but it seems to have no effect.
