Program running slow and crashing on computer

Program takes a long time (>5 min) to load in motion trace and compute the transform parameters (for a 5 minute trace). Program also exited when running the motion trace. May be an isolated and laptop specific problem.

Note: This could be related to this issue - #44 where the combined system or 6DoF robot alone will not operate properly before the UrScript file is written (can take about 5-10 seconds for a trace around 5 minutes long). If the motion is started before this file is written, the 1D platform won't work (for the combined system) and only the 6DoF platform will operate, but can crash the software.
