Feature Request: Improve Skills Assessment Documentation with Detailed Earning Criteria

Current Situation

The Assessment page currently lacks detailed information about:

• Specific requirements for earning individual skills (e.g., skills 64 and 65)
• Maximum number of times certain skills can be earned (e.g., skill 42)

Proposed Changes

Add observations field on the end of the page, detailing these specific information for skills that may benefit from it

Benefits

• Students will better understand how to earn specific skills
• Reduced confusion about skill earning limitations
• More transparent assessment process
• Improved self-guided learning experience

Technical Considerations

• Update the assessment page's content structure
• Maintain consistency with existing documentation
