Description:
Add navigation links in the navbar for HR/Admin users to access analytics and job postings by their company.

Tasks:

Update the navbar to include links for HR/Admin users.
Implement role-based rendering of navbar links.
Ensure the new links lead to relevant pages for job analytics and company job postings.

Expected Outcome:
HR/Admin users will have easy access to analytics and job postings through the navbar.
