Description:
Inside the jobs posted section, list all existing jobs and create an endpoint to get all applicants for each job.

Tasks:

Implement a listing of all existing jobs in the jobs posted section.
Create an endpoint to retrieve all applicants for a specific job.

Expected Outcome:
Users can view all posted jobs and retrieve applicant information through the provided endpoint.
