Remove Italics Option Doesn't Work

Italics are not automatically removed when renaming things in an anvil even though the setting is set to remove. You must use the &r reset color code to remove italics instead.

Available options:
force: force italics (default)
remove: remove italics
none: do nothing.
italics: remove

Separate and partially unrelated suggestion, maybe the remove italics setting could instead be a permission.
