How exactly would that work? A plugin that lets you get any heads just so? Or add crafting recipes? Or just letting apply custom skins to vanilla-obtained heads?

I'd love to add a plugin that e.g. allows one to get e.g. 3 custom heads per day or so, but haven't found any yet. Pls let me know when someone finds something :)
