Allow ONE locked chest per player

Normally I'd be against a chest locking plugin. But sometimes you really want to keep at least ONE chest locked for every other player. What about a custom plugin that allows every player to lock exactly ONE chest (or one double chest, or whatever), so they can store their most precious things in there?

Now that I think of it - an enderchest would be perfect for this. So, I suggest it anyway, but I vote against it. lol.
