[BUG] The app causes input lag in games

Describe the bug
For example, Helldivers 2 is unplayable if the app is running in the background. Some key presses are delayed or don't register at all.
This is the most prominent example, but there are problems in other applications as well.

To Reproduce
The simple test is deleting the long string in the chat holding backspace - cursor moves stopping periodically.

After app closing the game works perfect. Deleting and entering letters are smooth.

The adaptive mode is switched off. The other settings are on the screenshot:
