How do you change the background color of footer

problem as the title

cant seem to changeg this no matter where i search even tried using custom class or style in html does not work.... also the menu bar gets broken when you remove the discord or github icon(idk about before cuz i didn't check it back then, below is the screenshot)

i am not very good at making reports i know :pain:
