List of the files with wrong extensions, which still not fixed in main pack:

assets/gregtech/items/gt.metaitem.03/69.png.MCMETA
assets/gregtech/items/gt.metaitem.03/70.png.MCMETA
assets/miscutils/textures/items/MU-metaitem.01/105.png.MCMETA

.MCMETA instead of .mcmeta breaks textures with animations:
