复制粘贴本地图片上传到 github 图床时，能否支持插入 jsdelivr 图片链接 #6

希望可以在 window.roamFiles 中支持一个参数，配置后，复制粘贴自动上传后的图片链接为 jsdelivr 的格式：

https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/gh/${window.roamFiles.repo}@${window.roamFiles.branch}/${window.roamFiles.savePath}/1619100720542.png

而不是 raw.githubusercontent.com 的链接，github 链接有时候不稳定，jsdelivr 很稳定且访问速度很快
