Feature - Add a new column "Previous Text" to localization files when the dialogue file is updated

It would be useful to have something like this to know what the previous text was before the dialogue file was changed. Therefore, localizers do not have to compare the old localization file with the new one. And instead, they would simply need to read the adjacent column to see what was there before (their old localization for that hash).
