  • option 1: check that the project env contains Literate.jl, otherwise explicit error
  • option 2: automagically add Literate to the environment

The proper way to do this is to stack environments. Which I did in my package.

My plan is still to put my stuff in a package within the next week. It fixes also other problems with the current version used in JuliaGPs.
