Docker isn't building again... :(

Help! Anyone can look into this?
I thought SNAX cluster was clean all this time but I just checked the docker build is broken :(

The docker should now be built according to the pixi.toml recipe.
#423 tries to solve this

Although the pixi environment is preferable, I think it's nice to keep the docker as a safe fall-back

If someone could test if hardware-related things work with the ghcr.io/kuleuven-micas/snax:pr-423 image work that would be fabulous
