Set the temperature to half degree increments

For some reason I can't seem to find the setting where to set the target temperature increments. I can only adjust the temperature by full degrees Celcius, whilst I'd like to be able to do so in 0.5 degree increments. Where can I adjust this?

That's a good workaround for older versions, but it's also support in the configuration flow of BT now.
