External temp sensor not listed

Hi, I want to use better Thermostat and I use a zigbee2mqtt Thermostat as an external Sensor. That current temp is displayed in the climate entity but not as a sensor alone. So I added it myself as a template entity. But better thermostat doesn't list this sensor. Is there any way to implement it?

The Sensor is visible and activated
