Hey there.
Maybe we can share our configs for our TRV's to help other people and better uderstand how it works?
i know that there is just few options but why not to share?
I am using Hive trv001 ( have a little problem with it) and it on xiaomi temperature sensor flashed to pvvx 3,8 in my daily room.
SEA802- zigbee with same temperature sensor in my bedroom ( dont know how to configure BT to make it work as i want)
And TV02-zigbee qith aqara temperature sensor in my bathroom and it work like a charm.

So go on:
Hive in main room:
target temperature (its just that one option for hive trv )
Swap auto disable
"if your trv has trouble..." enable
nearest calibration disable
ignore all in enable.

bathroom
target temperature
swap auto enable
if your trv... enable
nearest calibration disable
ignore all enable
TRV in z2m set to heat/manual

bedroom
target calibration
swap auto disable
if your trv.... enable
nearest calibration enable
ignore all enable

Okay, then I also want my configuration of the Zigbee TRV (I have 3 pieces with BT in operation) of the type TS0601 / TV02 ( https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/devices/TV02-Zigbee.html ), manufacturer _TZE200_hue3yfsn, which one integrated into HA via z2m/mqtt.
In the real TRV I activated the child lock because otherwise there were strange changes in the target temperature of BT.
The target temperature can no longer be changed remotely via TRV, but only via the BT UI, or via automation from HA.
However, this doesn't bother me.
