Average external temperature

Hi guys,

I've been having problems with the BT integration and even raised it as an issue. The problem was that on every temperature change the integration was recalculating the target temperature sent to the TVR. Because of that, as TVR's target temperature is rounded to 0.5, sometimes it goes up and down the current temperature making the TVR to open/close constantly for minutes until the temperature moves steadily in one direction. After considering numerous options, I believe I solved that by creating a custom sensor showing the average temperature for the last 5 minutes. That killed all the small fluctuations. I hope it'll be helpful for someone else.

Could you share your configuration? I expect you did it with a template sensor or maybe with he average integration?

I tried a couple of sensors and both work, having small differences.
