Hi @KartoffelToby and community,
first thank you, @KartoffelToby , for the awesome plugin!
I struggle with SEA801 thermostat. I saw that your changes regarding a wider range for possible offset values were reverted last year - Koenkk/zigbee2mqtt#11777.
I did not get why this happened... I currently facing the problem, that my thermostat reports a way to high temperature (28,5 °C) but instead the "real" room temperature is 19°C. As we can only set an offset to at max +/- 6 I would assume, that the temperature of the thermostat can only be "corrected" to "22,5 °C" in my case. Which would mean, that it basically will never heat.
Is it also correct to assume, that the calibration mode "Offset" will not work (as the offset can be at max +/- 6 which not enough to correct my temperature measure at the thermostat)? Which means I would need to stick to "Target Temperature" based calibration, right?
Can you recommend other thermostats, not having the sensor near the heater, to prevent these kind of huge differences between temp measured at thermostat vs. measured with room temperature sensor?
Thank you very much!
