I'm just testing to get my BOSCH BTH-RA Climate Thermostats (Version 3.04.03) into working mode with Zigbee2MQTT (Version 1.30.0).
Basically this seems to work as within Zigbee2MQTT all Thmermostat Devices are properly connected as in MQTT all values are shown and devices react on changed settings.
But Problem is, that connecting the MQTT devices with Better Thermostat integration to have new devices is not running stable for me. So I struggled several times in recent days with one devices which was shown as disconnected (named as "unavailable" in screenshot below). Then, re-connecting device to Zigbee2MQTT or reloading Zigbee2MQTT or whole Home Assistant doiesn't fix anything. Sometimes it is healing itselves, but more often - at least on my impression - there was a change when HA was receiving an update and the integration get's re-triggered or re-initializated at this opportunity. This is something like a black-box behaviour as I need to know better where to triggger this manually in case this happens again.
Currently, after receiving today the latest HA Core update to 2023.2.1 the yesterday's disconnedcted device was healed but now another one is disconnected what was working properly during the days before. Please see attached documents and sceenshots to explain better
Any comment would be highly appreciated! Thanks for this!
