Any ideas why BT hvac_action seems to differ from the actual TRVs?

I'm not sure why the TRV has opened its valve and set itself to heating while BT is idle?

I'm really curious about this. I'm just sitting in my lounge and just heard the vales opening. I checked, and they are 25% open (screenshot above shows 50%) and yet the hvac_states are exactly as shown above.

Seems like there is an algorithm in your TRVs. You could try to set the overheating protection.

Thanks but I already disabled the PID inside my TS0601 TRVs. Its not a problem of overheating either as I have setup automations so that when hvac_action of BT switches to heating my central heating starts.

So in this case, the TRVs are on heating but BT is on idle, which means nothing happens as the central heating is off. I was just trying to understand how this can happen. Otherwise my setup is working perfectly at the moment.

And just when I thought I had understood, it turns out that these two TRVs which belong to 1 BT TRV are doing different hings :-/
