Kava EVM Co-Chain Patch Release 4

Validators should install v0.17.7 prior to block 974569- this version includes a software upgrade that halts the chain at block 974570. After the chain halts, kava developers to publish v0.18.0. Please see the validator discord for further coordination information.

Kava EVM Co-Chain Patch Release 2

The patch release fixes a bug which was causing some failed transactions to show up in multiple blocks.

Kava EVM Co-Chain Patch Release

This release contains an asynchronous software upgrade that takes effect at block 138592. This patch updates the default account type from EthAccount to BaseAccount, which was the behavior prior to v0.17.
