Feature Description

Essentially, allow for users to be able to either change the color of the text, or the color of the border around the text! (Via Hex code or RGB values preferably.)

Propose Reason

This would allow for more customization that would allow the dialog to pop or have more of a flair!, many RPG's have this option such as Pokémon!
