Fix: streamline route names and routehandler names

We have route names such as \orm and \couch in our guides and route handler names such as couchFindAllHandler, as we have a bookstore theme we should come up with more informative names for our routes and route handlers.

I think the best way to handle this is to do a whole scale edit on all the guides at once, so I'll collate a list of routes and route handler names in here and we can agree a more informative set of names.
