[Revert]: OutlookGrid back to Extended ToolKit

Refer to #2026 to see which columns from the OutlookGrid will be taken into KDGV at this time.
The KOutlookGrid needs another inventory to evaluate the amount of work that needs to be done to get in an operational state.

Therefore it will be removed from Standard Toolkit.

Restore in extended is handled here: Krypton-Suite/Extended-Toolkit#514

I'd like to get this done as soon as possible so the KDGV can get finished.

• Is the OutlookGrid source for Extended still available so it can be easily added again to EX. Or is there a specific PR that removed it from EX?
• Was there a specific PR that has been used to merge OG into standard?

I can't remember the specific PR, but I do know that all related code can be found under named OutlookGrid directories.
