The Palette designer terminology is Not the same for both KToolStip and KContextMenus
There are only 3 colours in use (for KContextMenus) that actually work in System (Cyan is not used!):

Proposal extension:

Do not do this Below V100
Make the Form designer represent the same terminology as in KToolStipMenu's
Make All themes implement the gradient colours as expected
