[Feature Request] Make the KContextmenu use the same colour drawing as ToolStipDropMenu's #2030

  • The Palette designer terminology is Not the same for both KToolStip and KContextMenus
  • There are only 3 colours in use (for KContextMenus) that actually work in System (Cyan is not used!):

Proposal extension:

  • Do not do this Below V100
  • Make the Form designer represent the same terminology as in KToolStipMenu's
  • Make All themes implement the gradient colours as expected
