Pairs like:

• Weeeee and Wet Floor
• GTA II and upside down view

should be in the same group to avoid having them activated at the same time.
Additionally, all effects should be rechecked for potential issues in grouping.
While we're at it, grouping should probably be flag-based, so effect can be applied to multiple groups.
