Currently, Baidu accounts cannot be created from abroad, so the dataset cannot be downloaded if it is placed on Baidu.

You can find all about CROHME from websites abroad.
For example. https://www.isical.ac.in/~crohme/CROHME_data.html
BaiduYun is just a fast solution for users in mainland China.
