bcastopen.c and multi_file.c contain unconditional hdf5 calls
bcastopen.c included in test compilation
lite headers not available
mk_nasf_h5.c unconditionally compiled
iargc() not defined in arrayf77.f
fortran underscore mangling not detected correctly (autoconf)
The logic in config-site/Makefile.am for dist-hook is not handling $(uname | grep -i linux) correctly
