Hello, would it be possible to add way to set cooldown for specific messages? People keep spamming commands like /playerlist, /playerinfo, and a lot of other commands from this plugin and it causes the chat being spammed...

I imagine that when you send the cmd for the first time, you'll be on cooldown for like 5s (configurable), then if you send it within this period, it will show the ephemeral message that you're on the cooldown
