Import Transactions: Improve fuzziness of transaction matching

I believe the logic should go something like:
Date within (+-) 15 days
payee ignored
account matched
type ignored
amount matched
cleared ignored (but updated to =Cleared when match confirmed)

Similar programs prompt for the user to confirm matching transactions...

We should also have a transaction merge function (for manually identified duplicates).

Thanks for reaching out on here. Gitcoin doesn't seem to have a communications mechanism. Yes, this is still an open issue. You can even get Hacktoberfest cred for working it!
