I don't want to run on a VM bcs want to try out how my host pc will handle the trozan. But if it actually wipes my data, I am about to use System Restore. Since i know it destroys the boot sector, i will ask the dev of Hydrogen about this.

If sys-restore don't work, will creating a backup help? (of course i save the backup in D:\ instead of C:)

A virtual machine won't just break out of your system, it's programmes so that it will handle complex Trojans that wipe your data completely. So it's safe to use. And if you decide to run the trojan on you REAL PC, just know that a system restore won't save your life ;) since the restore points is included within the Root drive of the C: drive. So don't come back telling me how to recover your data, because that's your problem. Not mine nor the creator, the creator SPECIFICALLY put 2 WARNING MESSAGES for users that don't know what they're doing...

And no backing up the C:\ Drive just by moving the contents of it won't work. Since the trojan wipes your bootsector first (512) Bytes the computer won't have an idea where to boot from or find the correct drive, it will just say "No operating systems found." And there are some SUPER HIDDEN files on the C:\ and all throughout to make the system work probably like swap and hibernation files.
