Shrink the size of the Members section. Includes:

Show smaller thumbnails for each member.
On hover, display links to external profiles (github, personal websites, etc.)
On click, display all information for member (name, bio, links). Perhaps in a modal popup?
When all information is shown, include a way to easily navigation through other members. Perhaps via left and right arrows (as in an image carousel)?
