Countdown while alert() dialog is shown - callback does not work

Hello.
When the 10 seconds before the end of the timer trigger an alert () and wait until the time runs out, and then click OK - timer takes the values 23:59:59 and callback does not work.

Please, fix this. Thanks in advance.
