Feature request: Member look-up added to API

Congress.gov allows users to look up their member of Congress on this webpage. The user inputs their address and it returns representatives in the House and Senate.

The Congress.gov Member query allows users to obtain significant information about Members -- a list of all members, info about a particular member requested via bioguide id, those by state and district, etc. However, at this time it does not allow a person to look up their current elected officials by their address.

This would be a useful feature. The input would be an address as a text field, the output would be the relevant congressional district for the current congress (and perhaps the senators as well).
