Implementation
- Hook to bot api
- Hook to user management
- Hook to permission management (like Bukkit permissions)
- Let plugins capture all messages
- Give plugins easy access to a FSM while capturing messages
- Let plugins have their own api's
- ((De)Activate plugins per chat)
- Plugin multiplugin (plugin loader)
- Let plugins have a list of "known incompatible plugins" to be check on installation & activation
