크롤러에서 Push되는 데이터 고도화 (국내 확진자, 사망자, 완치자 ->
국내 지역별 확진자, 사망자, 완치자)

크롤러에서 Push되는 데이터 JSON 형식에 맞게 수정
자동으로 파일업로드 되도록 -> Salck에서 다운만 받아 github에 업데이트 할 수 있도록
