Detect pool not accepting shares or no getWork received

Detect the pool not accepting shares or getWork stops being received.

Perhaps create a new DateTime object and check when the last share/getWork response was accepted in a new timer.
If x number of shares haven't been accepted or x amount of time has passed, change the pool and reconnect to it.
