Update FAIRsharing Transfer Process

As a user I would like to have more feedback during the transfer/download process. While feedback is limited please break out FAIRsharing testing process to have it’s own display.

PIs are fine with this process having a spinning wheel with not percent information given. Separate this from the 'percentage of completion' process that is showing details of how far along the user is in the process.

Please update the message letting user know that FAIRtesting is happening during this time. This may already be there.
