introduces hierarchy tracking to enhance transaction control by enforcing conditional freezing based on hierarchy and level .

Transactions MUST meet a specified condition beforeLevel reaching hierarchy level n (< n).
Transactions MUST meet a specified condition afterLevel surpassing hierarchy level n (> n).
