Hello,
I am plotting the raw signals of a couple of PhysioNet datasets along with the beat annotations provided as .atr/.qrs (European ST-T Database, Apnea-ECG Database). But, in some of them the annotations do not match with the exact location of the beats. I have checked the annotations with the help of PhysioBank ATM and this problem exists again. I noticed that the blue points are more accurate than the blue vertical lines, but as I checked the text file of annotations, the values of the vertical lines are saved. I wanted to ask about the reason of this inconsistency and how can I solve this problem. Is there any other way to access the values of the blue points instead of the blue vertical lines?
