Revise workshop durations #9

Currently, the workshop times are given as:

LED, Bot, Wifi: 10-20mins Easy
Clock: 30-60mins Intermediate

As these are definitely too short and may be disphoric, your thoughts/revisions are welcome to changing them to:

LED: 15-45mins Beginner
Bot, Wifi: 30-60mins Intermediate
Clock: 45-90mins Tricky
